If you've ever been unable to delete a file in Windows, and can't figure out what program's using it, Unlocker is the solution. Have you ever seen these Windows error messages?

  • Cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program
  • Cannot delete file: Access is denied
  • There has been a sharing violation.
  • The source or destination file may be in use.
  • The file is in use by another program or user.
  • Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use
Unlocker can help! Simply right-click the folder or file and select Unlocker. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear. Simply click Unlock All and you are done!

I wonder why it works on some drives / files / folders - but not the ones you need it to work on

just try to unlock a file in temp folder...

here is what i want..

open any youtube video in firefox(chrome no longer support this feature)
let the video complete....(dont close the youtube video tab)
then go to temp folder which shld be in users/username/appdata/local/temp

there u will see many file just try to delete them...
there will be around 2 to 3 files which will not get deleted..
one should look like filename.tmp which is used by firefox..

just right click on it and then unlocker then just try to copy that file on desktop with the extension .flv

just give it a try..

if the copy thing work then i will be back on windows 7 x64..

and please try to play that file using vlc..
