If you watched the Microsoft keynote from CES, Steve Ballmer was talking about gaming on the windows phone 7. At the 27min 46sec mark he mentions the games Crackdown 2 and "Halo Nation" - What displayed on the screen behind him was Halo Waypoint. Was this a honest mistake or did he let slip of a new halo game?

I hope its a new game. But the word nation makes it sound dumb. Halo is my all time favorite game. Its up there with Zelda Mario and Samus. I got a Xbox1 just to play Halo 1 and 2. Reach is by far my favorite thing to play right now. Except after 2:30. Thats when you lose every fight because the only people on are the ones who will never have a life or a girl for that matter. And all they do is play games and only care about winning and there gamer score.

Waypoint might be just a codename used for the product while it's in development.
