How to Fix Fake AVG Antivirus 2011
Nowadays, it is certainly advisable to have an anti-virus programme installed on you PC to protect against intrusions. However, recently, malicious software posing as an AVG upgrade has been installed on a number of computers.
If you discover that you have mistakenly installed the fake AVG Antivirus 2011, it is important to remove this software immediately, as it may already be having a detrimental effect on your computer. Fortunately, this can be fixed relatively quickly and easily.

Frontline is a free removal programme which is easy to use, and extremely effective. Once you have downloaded this programme, simply follow the on-screen instructions to carry out the removal.
Next, you will need to carry out a clean up of the Windows registry, to ensure that the fake AVG Antivirus 2011 does not return to your system. Again, there is a good Frontline programme which will allow you to do this from, and you should simply download the Frontline Registry Cleaner in order to do this. This will allow you to scan your entire hard drive, in order to find and remove any corrupt files.
By following these steps, you can undo the installation of the harmful software, and prevent your computer from being at risk. You should, however, continue to make sure that your PC is protected by a trustworthy anti-virus programme at all times.
